European War 2 introduces a new strategic gaming experience set against the backdrop of World War II, reminiscent of the classic board game Risk. The game allows players to compete for control over territories such as lands, cities, and oceans, striving to acquire resources, develop their economies and militaries, capture enemy capitals, and ultimately defeat their foes.

The game features a detailed map with 28 European countries, encompassing over 200 land and sea regions. Players can select from 12 countries representing the Axis Powers and the Allies, all while enjoying a variety of game modes.

Players must strategically command three types of troops - soldiers, tanks, and artillery - each with distinct strengths and weaknesses. Soldiers offer high yields but average attacks, tanks excel in offense and can continue their actions upon defeating enemies, while artillery units are effective against soldiers and tanks but are vulnerable when attacked. Each country boasts unique military attributes; for example, Germany's tanks are formidable yet costly, the Soviet Union's soldiers are cost-effective, and Britain's navy is renowned for its prowess.
